Getting a Perfect Fit Every Time

One of the biggest reasons women love halo hair extensions is how quick and easy they are to put in. No clips, no glue, no heat — just a near-invisible wire that sits comfortably on your head. Here's how to get a flawless fit in under 5 minutes.

What You'll Need

• Your Signature Syn Halo extension
• A fine-tooth comb or tail comb
• A mirror (ideally two — front and back)
• Optional: a few bobby pins for extra security

Step-by-Step Fitting Guide

Step 1: Prep Your Natural Hair (1 min)

Brush your natural hair smooth and decide on your parting. A centre or side part both work beautifully with a halo extension. If your hair is very fine or silky, add a light texturising spray at the roots to give the wire something to grip.

Step 2: Section Your Hair (1 min)

Using your tail comb, create a horizontal section about 2–3 cm back from your hairline. Clip the front section out of the way — this will be used to conceal the wire.

Step 3: Place the Halo (30 sec)

Hold the extension with the wire facing forward. Place it on your head like a headband, positioning the wire just behind the sectioned-off front hair. The wire should sit comfortably — not too tight, not too loose. Adjust the wire size if needed using the small adjuster beads.

Step 4: Release and Blend (1.5 min)

Let down the front section of your natural hair over the wire. Use your fingers or a wide-tooth comb to gently blend your natural hair with the extension. The wire should be completely hidden.

Step 5: Style and Go (1 min)

Lightly brush through the full length to blend the extension seamlessly. Add a few bobby pins near the wire if you want extra hold for an active day. That's it — you're done!
